Stacey oversees the client & partner relations, business development, account management, project services and data services functions of KLJ. And, as a member of KLJ’s senior management team, Stacey is also key to the company’s strategic planning initiatives.
Prior to the creation of KLJ Field Services in March 2001, Stacey spent three years as Vice President of the organization’s sister company, KLJ Computer Solutions in Dartmouth, NS. There her focus included organizational management, marketing & communications, relationship building and new business development. Stacey’s background in market research and keen grasp of strategic growth allowed her to jointly spearhead the creation of KLJ Field Services.
Before joining the KLJ Group, Stacey spent several years in the market research and call centre environments where she fulfilled numerous roles from interviewer, to field manager to research consultant to focus group moderator to account manager. Stacey graduated with Dean’s List distinction with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree concentrating in Marketing from the Cape Breton University. Additionally, she holds a CIM designation (Certification in Management), a nationally recognized managerial qualification.
Stacey is an active member of the Marketing Research Association (MRA). She has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the West Hants Chamber of Commerce, the steering committee of the Society of Competitive Intelligence Professionals (SCIP) Atlantic Chapter, the Danny Gallivan Cystic Fibrosis Golf Tournament Committee, Nova Knowledge’s Luncheon Series Marketing Committee and is a past member of the Halifax Chamber of Commerce.
