Jason McGrath, President

In 1995, Jason McGrath founded KLJ Computer Solutions Inc., a custom software development company, fulfilling the role of President which he continues to do today. Value-added data gathering products and services had been at the forefront of that company's service offering since and through that work, Jason spent five years as a contract CATI trainer for Montreal-based, VOXCO and facilitated training in more than 30 phone centers in North America.  In 2000, Jason opened a second company, KLJ Field Services Inc, a full-service call centre specializing in market research data collection, where he is also President. 

With his partners, Jason has built both companies from the ground up and currently employs over 120 staff between the two organizations.  Both companies have been actively selling their products and services throughout North America and as far away as Hawaii and Australia.

Jason has been the recipient of a number of awards over the past decade, the most prestigious being the BDC Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2000 for Nova Scotia. 

Despite being President of two companies, Jason is an active member of the community, participating in several business associations including the Metropolitan Halifax Chamber of Commerce and ITANS (where he is a former Board of Directors member (Director of Events) and also is a member of the Executive) and is a former council member of NovaKnowledge.  He is extremely dedicated to youth initiatives and supports educational, mentoring, and internship projects with his time and resources.
