Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI)

Our state-of-the-art facility currently has 72-seats wired with CATI and Predictive Dialer technologies. Through satellite partner facilities, we have access to an additional 300 seats on the same technology platform.

We’ve worked with telephone surveys ranging from 1 minute to over 60 minutes in length and have collected data with sample sizes as small as 20 individuals to well into the thousands depending upon project requirements.  Our sole purpose at KLJ is to provide quality data, timely results and responsive service to our clients – regardless of the project specifications.

We are members of the Marketing Research Association (MRA) and abide by its Code of Professional Ethics and Practices.  In order to ensure that the data we collect on your behalf is of the best quality; our interviewers complete a rigorous training program based on the new CMOR-MRA Interviewer Training Modules.  Trained to find and speak to busy decision makers, KLJ’s team of over 100 qualified Telephone Research Interviewers (TRIs) are skilled at gaining the cooperation of and effectively interviewing all types of respondents ranging from consumers to small business owners to the upper levels of corporate management in all types of industries.
